1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using this website you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are intended solely for adult guests aged 18 and over. By confirming your age on the entry page you declare that you meet this requirement. Photo identification may be requested upon arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and written confirmation.
• Prices are quoted in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may apply separately.
• A valid credit card is required to guarantee a reservation. Full payment is collected on departure unless otherwise arranged.

4. Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled without charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Cancellations within fourteen days incur a charge for the first night; no-shows are billed for the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Conduct of guests

We reserve the right to refuse service or end a stay where a guest endangers staff or fellow guests, damages property, fails to observe our gaming rules, or otherwise breaches reasonable standards of conduct.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our premises is regulated by International law and offered only to guests aged 18 and over. We support responsible gaming; self-exclusion and spending limits may be arranged at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We exercise all reasonable care to maintain a safe environment. Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We accept no responsibility for valuables not deposited in the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Quietfiordstay or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
